GSX-R Trackday a success

The first GSX-R Anniversary track day has been hailed a huge success by Suzuki GB and organiser Focused Events, after a sell-out attendance saw over 135 GSX-Rs take to the Brands Hatch track in Kent on Wednesday 7th April. The first of three special 25th anniversary track days this year, the Brand Hatch venue played host to owners of all eras of GSX-Rs along with both British Superbike teams with their riders joining the fans on track throughout the day.

Online reservation for limited GSX-R

Following the unveiling of Suzuki's limited edition 25th anniversary GSX-R750 at the International Motorcycle and Scooter show last November, Suzuki GB has announced a new online-only reservation process for the exclusive bike, commencing on 23rd January.
Following the huge success of the first GSX-R anniversary track day at Brands Hatch last month, Suzuki GB and official partner Focused Events is pleased to confirm a star-studded line-up for the second event at Snetterton Circuit in Norfolk on 19th July, as both Suzuki British Superbike Teams attend once again, along with current World Superbike Championship series leader Leon Haslam and teammate Sylvain Guintoli.

Suzuki celebrates in style!

As the Suzuki Motor Corporation get set to celebrate 50 years of International racing at this year’s Isle of Man TT races - the venue where it all began in 1960, the Japanese manufacturer has announced another ’first’ on the Island, with the news that Loris Capirossi’s GSV-R MotoGP bike will take a lap of the famous TT course – the first ever MotoGP machine to lap the 37.73 mile course.

Suzuki GSX-R dominates Superbike Showdown

Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, Suzuki's iconic GSX-R Superbike is dominating the new-look British Superbike Championship, with no less than three now filling the top six slots in the showdown phase of the coveted series. With current championship leader Tommy Hill the first to be confirmed for the showdown phase on his Worx Suzuki GSX-R1000, Relentless Suzuki by TAS racer Michael Laverty quickly joined the elite pack before teammate Alastair Seeley topped off the Japanese manufacturer's dream team.
The last in a special trilogy of GSX-R limited edition machines will be released from the 1st of June as the 25th anniversary GSX-R1000 becomes available for reservation. With just 25 bikes coming to the UK out of only 1,000 being built worldwide, this unique model features a bespoke white colour-scheme with special GSX-R anniversary logos, numbered top yoke plaque, Yoshimura 25th anniversary exhaust cans with engraved end plates, laser-etched wheel rim graphics and a certificate of authenticity.
